At Jaipur Kurta, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Quality Check & Packaging

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all tags attached, and pack it securely in the original shipping box or a tamper-proof bag.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 7-10 business days.
